Chipita Distributor Meet

The Challenge:

Chipita India is a confectionary brand operating in India since 2012 with an all India distribution network. The challenge was to reach out and connect to retailers and distributors across 30 markets within a time frame of 30 days, to explain the marketing support that the company extends to them.

What did we do?

We created the entire event flow, recommended and booked venues, designed the look and feel, and ensured flawless execution of the entire 30 city Distributors’ Meets program within just a month`s time.

How did we do it?

Our designing team created the Event flow and the ambience of the venue and stage. Heart shaped balloons (which replicated the heart shaped product – Fineti chocolate spread) were used for décor. The marketing presentation was
designed, marketing and branding material as well as products were presented artistically at every venue for the attendees to view and experience. Various interactive games and programs were played by the host to create a fun atmosphere and connect with the company management and the distributors and retailers.
The production team took care of event execution, logistics and hospitality at individual venues across different cities on the same day.

The Result:

The activity enabled the top management to connect with retailers and distributors, build trust and establish an open relation with them.
