Chandon Brand Audit

The Challenge:

The Chandon India Marketing team wanted to determine the effectiveness of the plans offered to the restaurants and shops and understand the executional problems in their markets across Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata.

What did we do?

The brand audit was conducted in the markets by visiting participating shops and restaurants. The availability and placement of the promotional products was crossed-checked by our teams. Mystery shoppers would check if the servers/ waiters were aware of the brand promotions.

The Result:

The report of this audit helped the marketing team assess the efficiency of implementation of the offers in market. The Chandon Marketing team realigned the processes to ensure less wastage and more output from the marketing efforts.
