Morgan Stanley is a huge organisation with many departments working in parallel. However it was noticed that there is hardly any cross-department interaction between the employees.
Morgan Stanley desired to address this issue and also wanted their employees to learn collective team building as an important value though our interactive sessions.
What did we do?
We created a Collective Team building theme around the slogan, Together we can.
The sessions had more than 100+ team members per meet. We carefully designed interactive sessions with our trainer keeping in mind the aim of the workshop. This workshop not only helped the employees know each other better but also taught them team building in the most fun way.
The management got heartening feedback. Employees were demanding for more such workshops more frequently.
